Dental Care for Children

Dental care for children that really should be started is when the baby has not started to grow the first tooth. Although not visible, the tooth is already formed when the second trimester of pregnancy. When born, a baby already has 20 milk teeth in the jaw. Some of the teeth and mouth disease could they experienced when treatment is not done properly.
Dental care and cavity prevention needs to be done of course with the guidance of a parent or person caring for the child. Here are the steps:

1. Reduce consume sweet foods and easily attached to the teeth like candy and chocolate, if the child has eaten tell to rinse their mouth with water afterwards

2. Educate the children so diligently brushing your teeth regularly and properly in the morning, afternoon and bedtime. Provide understanding that can be understood by the child if not forget brushing your teeth. Better yet, actually brushing your teeth after eating.

3. Provide food with rich calcium like fish and milk, Fluor (tea, beef and greens), phosphorus, and vitamin A (carrots), Vitamin C (fruits), vitamin D (milk), and Vitamin E (seedling ). These materials are necessary for the growth of teeth.

4. Maintain the shape and cleanliness of your child's teeth, if there is tartar or caries immediately brought to the dentist to be cleaned or treated.

5. Dental health check every six months.
